Meet our Main Stage performers:

International Cabaret Royalty

Naomi Eyers is GlamourPussy

Creator of The Fabulous Singlettes, a three-girl cabaret show, which enjoyed great success Australia-wide in 1986, and then toured Edinburgh, London's West End, Berlin, Hamburg, Vienna, Hong Kong and beyond..

Supporting Shirley Bassey at Wembley, Tom Jones at Royal Albert Hall, The Fabulous Singlettes then had their own BBC and ITV specials as well as performing at the Royal Variety Show and were regular guests on popular UK and European variety shows.

In early 2022 Naomi debuted GlamourPussy & The Hip Replacements at the Butterfly Club in Melbourne, presented a sold-out show in April at Chapel Off Chapel and toured nationally with Vanessa Amorosi.

it's for everyone; young & old ... and it's

For The Love of It! from DandyMan

Saturday on the main stage Varietyville Productions will present one of Australia's finest and funniest physical comedians Dandyman (Daniel Oldaker) and his circus comedy family show: For the Love of it!

We've all got a story to tell and this show opens the audience up to understand and appreciate their own story and how they wish to interact with the world from here on forth.

A five star award winning physical comedian who draws on 23 years of performance experience in over 30 countries, Daniel has trained with a multitude of clown and physical comedy mentors including world renowned clown teacher Philippe Gaulier in London and Paris. Daniel has entertained millions of people and performed at many of the most highly regarded festivals and venues around the globe.

A Witty and Absurdist coming of age story

Hailing from a bygone era, Vivian Fonteyn is here to take you on a journey as they explore everything from being homeschooled, coming out, falling in love with straight guys and ultimately what it means to be a performer.

Peppered with Vivian’s trademark wit and drenched in songs ranging from Judy Garland showstoppers to Queen power ballads, all performed by a live band, this heartfelt coming-of-age story has audiences everywhere clamouring for more.

One of Melbourne's leading avante show makers presents

Headstrong, disastrously inquisitive and painfully defiant, Elizabeth Dawson-Smith was put into her first dance class at the age of three!

Elizabeth's success as a performer led her to teach, choreograph and produce shows for art, theatre and dance festivals in Brazil, Turkey and the UK, and upon her return to Australia, Elizabeth decided to complete a Bachelor of Creative Arts Industries and a further First Class Honours accreditation for her research thesis, 'Nineteenth Century (non-striptease) Burlesque Techniques'.

In a typical case of art imitating life, Elizabeth runs the production and Miss Friby runs the show, but they are both the wildly imaginative, wondrously talented and aesthetically demanding showgirls you'd do well to keep on your radar.

Have you booked your weekend getaway yet?

Don’t forget, our early-bird sale on Festival Club tickets will end soon...

We can’t wait to see you there.

Cabaret Kisses,

Issie Hart ~ Festival Director
